Baling
Our facilities in Liverpool and Manchester accept new cuttings, both clean and painted, and process them into standard-sized dense bales for sale to our customer base.
Mobile baling
We offer a service to our customer base that allows their material to be consolidated into dense bales that maximises vehicle cube utilisation for transportation.
End of life vehicles processing
Legislation demands that vehicles that have reached the end of their life cycle are depolluted prior to processing into furnace feed. Our Liverpool and Manchester facilities depollute vehicles by removing batteries and fluids from the vehicle prior to processing.
ISS Plant (Induction Sorting System)
Our Manchester site has the facility to further process waste material from the shredders and extract even more metal, including stainless steel, thereby reducing the impact on the environment from waste to landfill.
Non-ferrous processing plant
Our Manchester site operates this facility to process low grade material containing Non-Ferrous which is screened to size and extracts metals from the feed material using eddy current separators to reduce the environmental impact from of sending this material to land fill.
Non-ferrous purchasing
We now offer this service at both Liverpool and Manchester to purchase non-ferrous metals including cables in both industrial and domestic grades. We further process these materials into industry accepted grades and sizes which we offer for sale to our customer base.
